HISTORY OF THE COOPERATIVE

During the annual thanksgiving party of HAD Enterprises and HAD Lending Corporation, Ms. Hyline D. Delfin, the CEO of the said corporation proposed to formulate a cooperative to their investors as a means of returning the trust that they have given to them. After a series of presentation and discussion, majority of the investors finally approved the said proposal and decided to let Ms. Hyline Delfin process the registration and prepare the necessary documents needed. They decided that the said cooperative shall be named as Security Forces and Civilian (SFaC) Credit Cooperative.

On October 7, 2022, CDA conducted a Pre-Registration Seminar to the incorporators of the said cooperative held at Inglay Restaurant, Km.6, La Trinidad, Benguet. On October 9, 2022, the, the articles of cooperation and by-laws and other legal documents were finalized and submitted to the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) for scrutiny and approval.

After a series of follow-up, the CDA initially approved and signed the Certificate of Registration of the Cooperative on January 12, 2023 under the CDA Registration No. 9520-101400033795. This was also registered with the Bureau of Internal Revenue on February 17, 2023.
